I can't say enough about my experience. After my Saab convertible was rear ended the body shop my insurance made me use caused MORE damage to my car. My insurance tried to declare it as pre-existing and not cover it. As a previous customer I brought my car back to Cherry Hill Jaguar. Loraine in parts/service went above and beyond to provide information to my insurance that this damage was new and caused by the other shop and my insurance covered the repair. The work is always well done and timely. Very satisfied!

My 2011 XJL Jaguar had a minor water leak detected during a service visit in October 2014. I had trouble with my Jaguar XKR called Loraine she talked me through the steps to get it started and than set up an appointment diagnosed the problem replaced the battery and gave the Jag a complete check over and even fixed my cigarette lighter.
